I started by cutting some Kraft cardstock with a Circle STAX 2 Die-namics and then used the Polka Dot Embossing Folder from Quickutz. I stamped the image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored her with Copic Markers, then fussy-cut her out and popped her up with foam tape. I added a few Star STAX Die-namics in white cardstock and then stamped the sentiment on a piece of Indie Chic Citron 6x6 paper. The layout is Jen's June SFYTT.
I stamped the image again on the inside, just having her peek in and then added some zigzag stitching around the edges.
