Have you enjoyed Teaser week? I'm back with another peek at this cute á la modes Girl Talk. WHEEE! Love her! I used a few Die-namics for this card - the sentiment is stamped on the Chat Bubbles Die-namics, the border under the ribbon is made from 3 overlapping Monarch Border Die-namics, and the image panel is the new Vertical Greetings Die-namics.
I cut out another Vertical Greetings Die-namics in hot fudge cardstock and cut it in half so I could have the border pop out on the top and bottom of the image panel for a little accent against the patterned paper. This is a quick way to get a layered look and is so much easier than cutting around the original die-cut. The image is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copic Markers and I added some stitching with my Janome Sew Mini sewing machine.
I used a similar layout on the inside of my card using the Monarch Border Die-namics and the Chat Bubbles Die-namics and stamped the image simply, without coloring her.
Don't forget to stop on by Kim's blog for a list of all the design team members playing along in today's Die-namics Pep Rally!
Here are the Die-namics I used on today's card:
Thanks for stopping by!
