MFTeasers | Day 2!

Welcome to day TWO of MFT Teasers!  Today, we're showing a little sneak of Journal It: Calendar Basics and Document It: Days and Dates.

My nephew just turned 11 this week and I made this card for him - I love all these little accents and extras with the Document It and Journal It stamps!  I stamped the calendar in Jellybean Green Ink on Kraft Card Stock and then used the two smallest circles from both Circle STAX Die-namics sets to make the little red circle over the 5.  I used High-Rise Numbers Die-namics for the 11 and then used Accent It - Story Starters Die-namics for the little sentiment. I thought it was a fun, boyish, grungy look to keep the middle of the letters out.  The layout is MOJO266.

I kept the inside of the card pretty simple - I used some Happy Day 6x6 paper from Simple Stories along the bottom and then added a Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics with a stamp from Document It - Days & Dates.
