MFT & World Card Making Day

All of us here at My Favorite Things wish you a Happy World Card Making Day! Maybe your personal style includes coloring with markers, or possibly you enjoy some fresh and clean stamping. Maybe you simply like creating custom elements with our Die-namics dies. Whatever it is that you like to do, we only hope that you get a chance to create something special today!

Sketches are always a great starting point for a little card making, and we have 92 weeks of sketches available as part of our ongoing Wednesday Stamp Club sketch challenge. I inked up one of my most favorite Pure Innocence stamps - PI Cute-a-tude.  She's just all sorts of sassy, isn't she?  I stamped her in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on some X-Press It Blending Card Stock, which I cut out with a Rectangle STAX Set 2 Die-namics die.   I added the sentiment on a Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics die and then popped a big Sno Cone Button on the flag for a fun little accent. 

I do hope you'll find some time to make a special card today - it's cold here, so it's a perfect day to enjoy a warm cuppa joe and get crafty.
