Smile {MFTWSC180}

I'm a tad bit late to the Wednesday Stamp Club party.  Actually, it has been quite a long time since I've played along.  BUT - I just couldn't resist this fun sketch and found some time to be creative yesterday.

Here's a peek at this week's sketch:

I saw THIS CARD by Laurie and was so inspired to try it using the new TRANSFORM-ables Smile Die-namics

I stamped the Grid Background in Grout Gray Ink on the base of my card an dthen cut out the Smooth White banner from the Blueprints 13 Die-namics set.  I used the TRANSFORM-ables Smile Die-namics to cut out the smile and then added 1/2" strips of card stock underneath.  The little row of hearts is from Love's the Ticket, which I stamped on a Sentiment Strips Die-namics and trimmed off the right edge.  Lots and lots of white space on this one.

Here are the MFT products I used today.

MFT June <<< Release Rewind

Howdy! Have you seen all of the new and fabulous June products from My Favorite Things?  All of the new products are available in the MFT Boutique right now and the design team is having a little Release Rewind party.

Tonight I have two cards to show you.  My first card features At the Office, which I know I've used several times this release, BUT I wanted to pair it with the envelope dies from Office Supplies Die-namics

I cut out the manilla envelope from Safety Orange Card Stock and then cut out some Smooth White Card Stock with the Insert It - 3x4 Notepad Die-namics and stamped the Notebook Paper Background in Grout Gray Ink.  I added lots of images and fonts from At the Office and Smile and clipped it together with the bookmark clip from Office Supplies Die-namics in Electric Red Card Stock (which kind of looks plumb colored here for some reason).

And here are the fun products I used on this card tonight:

My next card features Every Day is a Picnic stamps and the coordinating Every Day is a Picnic Die-namics, which I didn't have a chance to use during countdown week.

I cut out the die cut in X-Press It Blending Card Stock and then stamped her in Black Licorice Hybrid Ink and colored her with Copic Markers. I stamped the images for the background in Sno Cone Ink and I love how this turned out!

And here are the fun products I used on my card tonight:

I have a couple of cards to show you tonight, featuring the new Notebook Paper Background stamp.

For this card, I started by stamping the Notebook Paper Background on Smooth White Card Stock in Grout Gray Ink and then used a 1/8" hole punch to punch out the 3 holes along the side of the paper.  I used At the Office to stamp all the sentiments and accents and then added a Blu Raspberry paper clip die cut from Office Supplies Die-namics.

You can find these fabulous products waiting for you in the MFT Boutique:

I'm using the Notebook Paper Background again in my second card, although I used it for a striped look and omitted the notebook paper edge.

This card has a Sno Cone Card Stock base and I stamped the Notebook Paper Background in Sno Cone Ink vertically.   I used the Smile Stamp Set and TRANSFORM-ables Smile Die-namics to create the sentiment in the center and added horizontal stripes in Grout Gray underneath.
