MFT Wednesday Stamp Club

Howdy!  It's time for another fabulous MFT sketch to get that mojo flowing.  First, here is a look at the sketch:

I loved working with this sketch and it's perfect for making a detachable tag.  Here's my card:

I'm using Christmas Ornaments along with the coordinating Die-namics for this one.  I cut out the different ornaments from Season's Greetings papers by Echo Park and then stamped the snowflakes in Memento Desert Sand ink.  I used the Crown Border Die-namics underneath some striped ribbon to cover up the seam in the background papers and then hung the ornaments on some linen thread.

There She Goes Sneak Peeks | Day TWO

Welcome to day 2 of There She Goes sneak peeks!  Did you enjoy seeing all of the Hohoho, Holiday Ribbons, and Wishing You projects yesterday?  The Trendsetters have more goodies for you today! 

No two snowflakes are alike…each with a beauty of their own and Melyssa Connolly has captured the beauty of snowflakes in this new Holly Jolly set that are sure to make you wish it were snowing. This amazing set also includes a die! It’s a fabulous versatile set that will surely bring a holiday glisten to your projects – all you need to add is the glitter!

Holly Jolly is a 6x8 set that includes a total of 35 stamps and one die and will sell for $31.50.

It's time to start those Christmas cards and I think I've made one that is easy to mass reproduce.  I started by using Clean & Simple's FTL167.  I made the die cut with the Holly Jolly Die in Choice Snow White cardstock and then I stamped the wreath in Memento Bamboo Leaves ink. I love how easily it is to center the image on this die!  I took one of the snowflakes and stamped it in Memento Summer Sky ink and then stamped the sentiment over the top of it in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  The little snowman is colored with Copic markers and I cut it out and popped it up over the flag with a foam dot.

There She Goes Sneak Peeks | Day ONE

Good Morning!!  It's the first day of sneak peeks for the November release of There She Goes Clear Stamps!!  The Trendsetters have a TON of amazing projects for you this week and the sets are perfect for those holiday project you know you have waiting for you.  *wink*

What images come to mind when you hear sleigh bells ringing? Santa and his eight tiny reindeer of course! Torico has illustrated the perfect mini set to create your winter wonderland scene. This is the perfect set to create holiday tags, cards, and gift boxes. A complete must have.

Hohoho is a 3x4 mini-set that includes a total of 9 stamps and will sell for $7.

How darling is this sweet Santa??  I started by stamping the reindeer in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then masked him and stamped Santa over the top.  Both images are colored with Copic markers and I just had to have Santa hanging out with Rudolf, right?  The papers are Echo Park Holly Jolly Christmas and the layout is Jen Shults' DS28.

I haven't stamped all week and all that work I did to get myself ahead of the game has dwindled and now I'm going to be paying for it next week when I work to get ahead again.  Fortunately it's Thanksgiving week and I won't be doing all that running around for school activities and such, so I'll just grab myself a hot beverage and get inky all week - yeah!  Sounds like heaven to me.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I made this autumn card using Love Grows Here from Taylored Expressions.

I started by stamping the image in Memento Rich Cocoa and then colored it with Copic Markers - after cutting it out with an oval Spellbinders die, I used the die to trace a border around the inside of the oval.  The patterned paper is Lost & Found Rosy from My Mind's Eye.  I might have gone a tad bit crazy with that bow - looks a little supersized, eh?  It didn't seem that large until I edited my photo, haha!
