Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 240

Good morning!!  It's time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge!  Want to play along?  Here is the deal: make a card with this layout and use the InLinkz button down at the very end of this post to enter your card. Be sure to link directly to the blog post or gallery image which features your card. You may post a picture of the sketch on your blog, but please save the image to your computer first. Use the keyword SSSC240 if you plan to post your card in an online gallery.

I inked up some of my Verve goodies for my card this week.

I stamped a sentiment from Treasured Words in Black Licorice ink on some Smoke card stock from Simon Says Stamp.  Since the background is more neutral, I stamped the party hat in Electric Red ink and then cut it out to pop up over the circle edge.  Instead of cutting out 3 strips of paper for the background, I used the dotted background from Bountiful Backgrounds in Smoke ink.

Please stop on over and see what beautiful things the Sweet Sunday Stampers have created for you this week:

Thanks so much for stopping by!

recipe -

paper: smooth white (mft), smoke (sss)
ink: black licorice (mft), smoke (sss), electric red (mft)
