I inked up some of my Verve goodies for my card this week.

I stamped a sentiment from Treasured Words in Black Licorice ink on some Smoke card stock from Simon Says Stamp. Since the background is more neutral, I stamped the party hat in Electric Red ink and then cut it out to pop up over the circle edge. Instead of cutting out 3 strips of paper for the background, I used the dotted background from Bountiful Backgrounds in Smoke ink.
