I'm mixing up some new and old today - I absolutely love this Jumbo Snowflake Die-namics from My Favorite Things, but alas... it's retired.  So sad - I know! I'm sorry to tease, I really am.

The patterned paper I used is from the Merry & Bright 6x6 paper pack from Carta Bella.  I used a solid sheet from the pack for the tilted background and then cut out a fishtail banner from a scrap of patterned paper.  I used silver glitter paper for the big snowflake and then stamped the sentiment in black ink.  Instead of cutting out teeny tiny foam dots to pop up the ampersand, I cut it out 5 times in white card stock and layered them together to make a chipboard look.

That's it for me today.  I do hope you will hop on over and see what the rest of the Sweet Sunday Stampers have for you today:

Thanks so much for stopping by!

A Jolly Hello {MFTWSC199}

Well, hello! Happy Monday - right? I had some time in the studio over the weekend - soccer is coming to an end, and then the Broncos played on Thursday night, so on Sunday I used the rest of the NFL as background noise while I stamped. I've been itching to play along in this week's sketch challenge from My Favorite Things.  You can see the sketch here.

I cut out the images from Christmas Cuteness with the matching Die-namics and then lightly colored the snowman with a few Copic markers, then paper pieced the little Christmas tree.  I added an assortment of rhinestones for the ornaments and colored the star up top.  I stamped the sentiment on a Sentiment Strips 2 Die-namics and then layered the images over the top.  Such a fun sketch!  I hope you'll play along too.

Here are the products I used on my card today:

I guess it's time to start thinking about Christmas cards, wow!  I picked up some new items from My Favorite Things and some old patterned paper and made a quick card.  I love this peek-a-boo tree!

I cut out a piece of Smooth White card stock with the largest Pierced Rectangle STAX Die-namics and then cut out the Christmas Tree Cutout Die-namics (free this month!) in the center.  The ornament paper was so perfect for the tree, so I let it do all the talking.  I added a little JOY banner with a Razzle Berry button in the corner.

That's it for me, but the rest of the Sweet Sunday Stampers have a lot more for you to see.  Hop on over and be inspired:
