I turned the sketch so the image panel was wider, and this is what I came up with:
I used the Always Time for Tea stamp set and Die-namics for the main image and then added the Prima Donna Flower. The sentiment fits perfectly on the Mini Tabs Foursome die-namics and the patterned papers are Everyday Flair from My Mind's Eye.
