Taylored Expressions Blast From the Past Blog Hop
Good morning! It's time for another blog hop from Taylored Expressions using those sets we all love and need to get all inky again and Sankari gave us another fabulous sketch to work with. The theme for May is Masculine and my absolute favorite masculine set is Boys Will Be Boys and I chose to ink up the tie image. I stamped the ties in Memento Tuxedo Black on Choice Snow White cardstock and again on Lime Twist Fly A Kite patterned papers so I could paper piece them. I cut out the label using the Ribbon Tags Trio 3 Nestabilities die and instead of threading ribbon throught it, I used cardstock and patterned paper and popped it up on Foam Tape.
Thanks for stopping by!
Karen
recipe -
stamps: boys will be boys (taylored expressions)
paper: real red (su!), kraft, choice snow white (taylored expressions) cardstock, lime twist - fly a kite (my mind's eye)
ink: memento tuxedo black
accessories: labels 8, circle, and ribbon tag trio 3 nestabilities (spellbinders); silver 1/4" brads, black pen, foam tape, 1" circle punch (ek success)
