sweet sunday sketch challenge #33

Good morning - It's time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! Here is the deal: make a card with this layout and use Mr. Linky down at the end of my post to enter your card. On Thursday at 10 PM (Mountain Time), I'll randomly select one card to feature on my blog. So, as long as your card is linked in the Mr. Linky box by 10 PM Thursday, your card will be in the drawing. Be sure to link directly to the blog post or gallery image which features your card. You may post a picture of the sketch on your blog, but please save the image to your computer first. Use the keyword SSSC33 if you plan to post your card in an online gallery.

Recently, I got some Gina K stamps and I haven't had a chance to play with them until today - I am loving this birthday cake! It's just fun and whimsical and too cute not to color with bright colors. I think the most difficult part of this card was tying that stinkin' bow! I think I fiddled with that thing for 20 minutes until I could get it to tie on an angle like that. Whew! Glad I kept with it - I think it turned out pretty cute.

Now it is your turn - have fun!
Karen

recipe -
stamps: how sweet it is! (gina k designs)
ink: memento rich cocoa, copic markers
paper: regal rose, tempting turquoise, taken with teal, whisper white card stock, retired dsp (again, I can't remember the name)
accessories: regal rose 5/8" grosgrain ribbon, blossom & circle nestabilities, stampin dimensionals
