When I saw this card by Sarah-Jane, I knew I had to use it as a sketch challenge. I just love it's simplicity and the creative little row of flowers. Now, if someone over in Australia could please pick Sarah-Jane up off the floor and make sure she gets some water, that would be fantastic! I think I just heard her squeals of delight from across the ocean, lol!
Now for some exciting news! Want to win a $25 shopping spree at Taylored Expressions? I know you do! As some of you may know, Jennifer Tapler has set up an amazing event to raise funds for the American Alzheimer's Association called Stampin' Out Alzheimer's. This is a week long event where members will have access to freebies, challenges, classes, and contests in a variety of papercrafting catagories. To help out in this amazing event, I am hosting a sketch challenge and for each card you create using this sketch, you'll be entered into the random prize drawing.
You will have:
1 entry for creating a card using the sketch
2 entries for using the sketch & Taylored Expressions stamps.
Only those cards entered in the Stampin' Out Alzheimer's gallery will be eligible for the $25 shopping spree at Taylored Expressions. Upload a photo of your creation to the gallery at the SOA site using the tag "SSSCSOA" (all capital letters). We'll use this tag to find the submissions and select a winner, so please be sure to tag your photo correctly! Deadline to enter is Midnight EDT May 31 (you'll have all day on the 31st to keep playing!). This challenge will be posted on the SOA website at 10:00 PM Mountain Time tonight in the challenges/announcements tab. You will definitely want to check out all the challenges for the week - so many prizes, so little time!
To register, please go to the Stampin' Out Alzheimer's website - a $5 donation is required and all proceeds from these memberships will be donated to the American Alzheimer's Association.
Okay, now it's your turn - have fun with this one and I hope to find you on the SOA site! And don't forget to add your card to Mr. Linky here too.
