If you decide to upload your photo to Splitcoaststampers, use the keyword KICK1 (karen's inspiration challenge, k?) and we can see them all in one place.
Thanks so much for participating - I'll have a sample soon...

Hi again! Here is my sample - can you say bashful blue and night of navy?!! I was inspired by the color and flowers, so I went with that. The scallop square is from the large rectangle Nestabilities die and I just printed the 'thanks a bunch' on the computer using AL Serenade font from 2 peas in a bucket.
SCS submissions (please don't let my photo be all alone by herself...)
Have a great weekend!
~Karen
Details - paper: bashful blue, whisper white, night of navy; ink: bashful blue, white craft; stamps: friendship blooms, little flowers, seeing spots; accessories: nestability die cuts, flower punches (ek success), white taffeta ribbon, ice rhinestone brads
I think your blog is on it's way to being discovered! I check in to your blog at lease twice a day, in fact, I have your blog link up on my blog!!!!
ReplyDeleteI hope to have time to do a card for your challenge this weekend!!!
Thank you!!
Theresa
I LOVE inspiration challenges - they're my favorite!! This was fun, although I wasn't too creative and didn't stray too far from the inspiration. Here's a link to my blog post with a pic of my card. THANKS! http://jentapler.blogspot.com/2008/04/inspiration-challenge.html
ReplyDeleteThanks for the card comment!! I'm still pretty new to card-making (scrapbooking is my first love), so working with a smaller "canvas" is sometimes hard for me. But I'm having fun! The challenges have really helped. Also, I love your sample!! I'm dying to get the nestabilities - I don't have any. Are you happy with them? I think I'm going to have to break down and get some - they seem so versatile.
